Rooms clean, comfy beds. Staff friendly, helpful. No restaurant visit. Rain prevented pool use. Socket problem solved with room change. Shopping, sightseeing on foot.

The hotel was in a great location, close to public transportation and shopping options. the room was spacious and had a cool design, with comfortable beds. the rooftop bar had an amazing view and was a great spot to relax. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

The hotel was located on a main road, which could be a bit noisy at times.

My stay was really enjoyable, I enjoyed that it was fairly clean throughout, with fantastic views and perfect lovation adjacent to the train to the Atomium, the main tourist areas. The staff was helpful and efficient, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was good there, the beds were nice, all you need for a very enjoyable stay. Our standard king room was decorated in the nice design. Liked that the rooftop bar was working.

We absolutely loved the modern urban feel of this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful terrace and swimming pool that we made great use of. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The added bonus of coupons to the restaurant for a late check-in was a nice touch. We highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers like us, and the 24-hour reception gave us peace of mind.

I had a fantastic view of the city from my room on the upper floor. The interior of the hotel was interesting and unique, adding to the overall experience. The hotel also had great wifi, which was a bonus for staying connected during my trip.

Jam Hotel in Brussels was truly a gem! The Best aspects were its location close to all attractions in the city center and its cleanliness. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a game room and a pool area with nice long chairs. The breakfast was simple yet fresh and tasty, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location in a nice neighborhood nearby the city center was also a plus.

I had a great stay in a safe shared accommodation. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown. There were interesting restaurants close by, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The bathrooms were well-maintained and heavenly. The beds were comfortable and had lights and chargers. The towels provided were a nice touch. The hotel had a rooftop bar with a fantastic view over the city.

Reception should have been clearer about the payment process.

Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight, with tasty cocktails and a great selection of teabags provided.
